We have an equal balance of younger members with more experienced members. A large part of our team has been with the firm for over 20 to 30 years and this firm’s memory is invaluable. The ability of our firm to know how to be adaptable, and how to deal with succession & the transfer of knowledge is demonstrated by the fact that we are still providing architectural services for over 120 years.
